Serving Others by Cooking for Others

When asked about his Campus Kitchens experience, team leader Graham Sheridan said,

“One of my proudest moments as a chef, ever, (and I love to cook) was one day at the Magnolia Center. One of the clients who is normally hard to please decided to eat three platefuls of the squash I had made using a recipe that I had created. This person ate plateful after plateful of the squash, and it made me so happy to have made someone else so happy. I felt very accomplished.”
