The Poetics of Food

Capri Sun is not a vegetable.”  So begins a poem inspired by a Wal-Mart Recovery Shift at the Campus Kitchen.

This week students taking Deborah Miranda’s Spring Term poetry workshop took a look at food recovery and feeding the hungry.  That’s right, here are a few of them working hard at the Campus Kitchen.
